Cancellation Policy
24-h grace period: Cancel within 24 h of booking by e-mailing reservations@rooftop-del-mar.
Standard rate:
Stay ≤ 27 nights: 100 % refund ≥ 21 days before check-in; 50 % refund 7-20 days; no rent refund < 7 days (taxes refunded pro-rata).
Stay ≥ 28 nights: 100 % refund ≥ 28 days before; 50 % refund 14-27 days; no rent refund < 14 days (taxes refunded pro-rata).
Non-refundable rate: After the 24-h grace period, rent is non-refundable (unused-night taxes refunded when applicable).
For payment options, I propose the following:
- Standard: pay 50 % now & 50 % 7 days before check-in or 100 % now.
Non-refundable: 100 % now (apply a 10% discount on the final standard price)
